I combine these elements in my work to develop & activate Food & Beverage spaces. From permanent sites to pop up activations, I take on a curatorial approach to placemaking and involve local & independent makers from different disciplines to create a community driven identity for each space project. I've been leading full scope projects from an initial site assessment to building the business model frame, commercial strategy, conceptualising, project managing and launching venues in UK & Europe.
